Employee Access Center

The Employee Access Center (EAC) provides you with various information related to your employment. An administrator determines what information is available and actions you can take to submit updates or corrections.

First Time Login

A common default password for EAC is the last four digits of your Social Security number (SSN). If your administrator has made modifications and this default does not work, contact your Human Resources department for assistance.

If the default is used:

  1. You may be automatically directed to the page to change your password from the assigned default. Enter your new password. The maximum is 16 characters. Your administrator may have set additional password requirements.

  2. Click Submit.

  3. After you select a new password, you may be directed to choose security questions to retrieve or reset a forgotten password. Select 3 of the questions and enter the answers in the Answer and Re-Type Answer text boxes.

  4. Click Save.

If your organization uses Active Directory, you may need to complete these additional steps to link your account to Active Directory:

  1. Under the Employee Tasks menu, click the Active Directory Account Link.

  2. Enter your Active Directory username and password.

  3. Click the Link AD Account button. You will receive a message indicating your account has been successfully linked.

Your Active Directory link is set up by your organization and is unique.

Reset Password

Depending on how the Employee Access Center (EAC) is set up for your organization, the Login page may include a Forgot your Password link to reset your password. Contact your administrator or Human Resources department if this link does not appear.

  1. On the Login page, click the Forgot your Password link to display the Forgotten Password page.

  2. Enter your EAC Email Address or User ID, and then click Submit.

  3. An email with a link will be sent to you. The link is time-sensitive. If it expires you will need to send a new request.

  4. Click the link to view EAC's Login page.

  5. On the Change Password page, enter your new password.

  6. Click Reset Password to reset your password and access EAC.
