My Distributions
Use the My Distributions page to create new distributions. Distributions are put in place to distribute hours worked over separate organizations, accounts, and projects.
Adding a new distribution
- Click My Distributions to display the My Distributions page.
- Click New to display the Distribution Detail page.
- Complete the fields.
- Click Save.
Changing a distribution
- Click My Distributions to display the My Distributions page.
- Click Edit on the desired distribution to display the Distribution Detail page.
- Change the fields.
- Click Save.
Copying a distribution
- Click My Distributions to display the My Distributions page.
- Click Edit on the desired distribution to display the Distribution Detail page.
- Click Copy. The Organization and Account fields will copy from the selected distribution. The Identifier will become the next available number in sequential order. All other fields will clear for new data entry.
- Click Save.
