My Distributions
Use the My Distributions page to create new distributions. Distributions are put in place to distribute hours worked over separate organizations, accounts, and projects.
Adding a new distribution
Select My Distributions to display the My Distributions page.
Select New to display the Distribution Detail page.
Complete the fields.
Select Save.
Changing a distribution
Select My Distributions to display the My Distributions page.
Select Edit on the desired distribution to display the Distribution Detail page.
Change the fields.
Select Save.
Copying a distribution
Select My Distributions to display the My Distributions page.
Select Edit on the desired distribution to display the Distribution Detail page.
Select Copy. The Organization and Account fields will copy from the selected distribution. The Identifier will become the next available number in sequential order. All other fields will clear for new data entry.
Select Save.
