Summary Listing of Fixed Assets

Menu Path:  Fixed Assets > Reports > Fixed Assets Reports > Summary Listing of Fixed Assets

Use this option to generate the Fixed Assets Listing. This report provides a brief summary of the assets selected and combines improvement data with the associated assets. For each asset, the report lists the asset ID, description, category, status, date acquired, condition, function, activity, first user-defined field, department, location, and total cost.

Generate the Fixed Assets Listing

  1. Choose the Summary Listing of Fixed Assets page.

  2. Enter criteria identifying the records to include, then click OK. To run an advanced search, select Advanced.

  3. Enter a Report Title and select up to three fields as the levels for sorting the report.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Specify how to generate the report, then click OK. The report's default file name is assetcn1.rpt.
