Transfer Register Listing
Menu Path: Fixed Assets > Reports > Fixed Assets Reports > Transfer Register Listing
Use this option to generate a report showing selected fixed assets that had locations or departments change with the Asset Information or Inventory Editing and Posting option.
For each asset selected, the report prints the asset ID, description, fund source, category, status, old and new locations or departments, transfer date, and cost. The report sorts the assets by old location and new location. It also includes selected assets purged from your database.
Generate the Transfer Register Listing
Choose the Transfer Register Listing page.
Select the type of report:
Location - Shows assets that changed location.
- Department - Shows assets that changed department.
Click OK.
Enter criteria identifying the records to include, then click OK.
Specify how to generate the report, then click OK. The report's default file name is trn_reg.rpt.
