Address Directory
Use this option to generate a report providing the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of employees.
The listing is sorted first by department and then by employee last name. A page break occurs at the end of each departmental listing. The number of employees included from a department is provided at the page break, while the last page gives the total employees in the directory.
Menu Path: Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Address Directory
Generating the Address Directory report
Select Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Address Directory.
In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.
In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is address.rpt.
