Applicant Overview
The Applicant Overview option provides Human Resources staff members with the ability to monitor a variety of details on an applicant throughout the application process.
The Applicant Overview page allows users to:
- View and edit the applicant's contact information. 
- Send an email to an applicant. 
- Upload documents to an applicant's record. 
- View, add, and edit applications for job postings. 
- View, edit, or delete the applicant's answers to specific questions on each application the applicant has saved. 
- View incomplete questions of an application with the To Complete section. 
- Complete Pre-Employment checklists for applicants and Employment checklists for employees you wish to hire. 
- Initiate the Applicant Recommendation to complete the hiring process for an applicant. 
- Update an applicant's email address or reset their password.
