Bargaining Unit Profile

Use this option to generate a report grouping employees by their bargaining units. Besides employee IDs and bargaining unit codes, the reports list employees' years of service, salary amounts from their primary rates, year-to-date benefit amounts, and the percentages of their last salary increases.

The report also shows the total employees in each bargaining unit and the total of the salaries and benefits per unit. In addition, the listing for each code provides averages for the years of service, salaries, benefit amounts, and increase percentages.
