Certification Data
Use this option to generate a report providing certification information on employees, along with related employment and educational data.
In addition to the IDs and names of the employees selected, the report shows the highest degrees earned, types and areas of certification, issuance and expiration dates, certificate numbers, job assignments, work locations, job classes, and years of experience.
Menu Path: Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Certification Data
Generating the Certification Data report
Select Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Certification Data.
In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.
In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is certif.rpt.
Note
This report will not export to Excel.
