Contract Definition Report

Use this option on the Reports menu in Human Resources to generate reports listing the contracts that have been defined for a selected contract type.

Menu Path:  Human Resources > Reports > Contracts > Contract Definitions

Generating a contract definition report

  1. Select Human Resources > Reports > Contracts > Contract Definitions to display the Contract Definition Report page.

  2. In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include.

  3. When finished, click OK.

  4. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is defcontract.rpt.

Description

Contract Type

Select the contract type from the field's drop-down list. These records are defined in the Contract Type Table.

Description

Description of the contract type.

School Year

School year of the contract. YYYY-YYYY format.

Show-By Date

Date that the contract will be shown to the employee in Employee Access Center. MM/DD/YYYY format.

Sign-By Date

Due date for signing the contract. MM/DD/YYYY format.
