Copy Contracts Page
Use this page to create a new contract by copying an existing one. After you copy a contract, you can change its information as needed to define the new contract.
Menu Path: Human Resources > Periodic Routines > Contracts > Contract Center > click Copy Contracts on the Action Bar
Copying contracts
Select Human Resources > Periodic Routines > Contracts > Contract Center to display the Contract Center.
Click Copy Contracts to display the Contract Center - Copy Contract page.
In the Contract Detail - Original section, enter the Contract Type to be copied. Use Lookup to display the Contract Lookup page for searching for a contract.
In the Contract Detail - New section, complete the fields as needed to update the copy. For details, refer to the Fields section below.
Click OK to copy the selected contract.
The status of the copy will default to In Progress.

Field | Description |

Contract Type | Select the contract type to be copied. Display only in the Contract Detail - New section. |
School Year | School year assigned to the contract. |
Description | Description assigned to the contract. Display only in the Contract Detail - Original section. |
School Year Start | Date contracted school year starts. Display only in the Contract Detail - Original section. |
School Year End | Date contracted school year ends. Display only in the Contract Detail - Original section. |
Contract Start | Date contract begins. Display only in the Contract Detail - Original section. |
Contract End | Date contract ends. Display only in the Contract Detail - Original section. |
Show-By | Date that the contract will be shown to the employee in Employee Access Center. Display only in the Contract Detail - Original section. |
Sign-By | Due date for the contract to be signed. Display only in the Contract Detail - Original section. |
Future Year | Select to indicate a future year contract. |
Primary Only | Select to indicate the contract will use the primary pay rate only. |
