Course Workflow Configuration Profile

Use the Course option of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define the following:

• Information that will display in the email notifications sent to the approvers, instructors, and participants. In addition, define subject lines to be used for both email and activities tab notifications.

• Whether approvers should be notified when a new course is submitted.

• Approvers should be notified when a course is submitted.

• Whether instructors should be notified that their course has been approved or denied.

• Whether instructors and participants should be notified when a course is canceled.

Note
The Professional Development Courses? checkbox in the Workflow Configuration Profile's Global Settings tab must be selected to use the Course Workflow.
