Current, Monthly, or Quarterly Salary Data
Use this option to generate reports on employees' wages and taxes from either the Current, Monthly, or Quarterly fields of the Earnings and Withholding tabs in their Employee Information detail pages.
For each employee selected, the report includes employee names and Social Security numbers with a listing of the total taxable wages and tax amounts for federal, FICA, Medicare, state and local taxes, and the FICA and Medicare amounts paid by the employer. It also includes totals for all employees in each of these categories. The report is sorted by employee name.

Generating the Salary Information report
Select Human Resources > Reports > Periodic > Current, Monthly, or Quarterly Salary Data.
In the Report Type section, select Current (default), Month-to-Date, or Quarter-to-Date, and then click OK.
In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.
In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is cursal.rpt for Current Payroll Salary Information, mtdsal.rpt for Monthly Salary Information, and qtdsal.rpt for Quarterly Salary Information.
Note
The page's Social Security field is only available for users with the proper security resources. In addition, the display of employees' Social Security numbers in the report is determined by the user's security and the SSN Masking Method selected in the Human Resources Profile.
