Documents Configuration
Use this option to configure instructions for applicants and add documents for them to download as part of the hiring process. The text and links to the documents display in the Recruitment Portal's Document Links page.
The Document Configuration page's Document Settings section provides a Rich Text toolbar for formatting the instructions. Using the toolbar, you can specify fonts, add numbering or bullets, import images, insert a table, and among other word-processing functions, copy, cut, and paste text.
Menu Path
From the System Administration menu, select Administration. From the Recruitment Portal Configuration menu, select Documents Configuration.
Add Documents
On the Documents Configuration page, in the Document Settings section, enter download instructions for applicants in the text box.
To display the Rich Text toolbar for formatting the instructions, click the arrow on the far right. The bar provides tools commonly used in word-processing software.In the Document Uploads section, enter a different title for the file in the Document Descriptions field if needed. Leave the field blank to use the existing file name.
Click Upload to choose the file to upload from your PC or network.
Click Save.
You can change the instructions in the text box and add new documents at any time.To add another document, repeat the steps.
Delete Documents
On the Documents Configuration page, in the Document Uploads section, click Delete for the document you want to delete.
The document is immediately deleted from the page when you click Delete. If needed, you can restore a document by uploading it again.

Document Description | Description of the document for applicants to download. You only need to use this field if the name of the document should be different from the name of the file. The document's link, which will display in the Recruitment Portal's Document Links section, will use the description as its title. |
