EAC and ETS Password

22.4 and later.

Use the Change Password page to enter a new password for an employee to use to log in to Employee Access Center (EAC) and Employee Timesheets (ETS) if your organization uses either or both of those applications. The same login name and password are used for both applications.

Users must have one of the following resources for this page to appear:

  • 300: Super User for Human Resources

  • 301: System Administrator for Human Resources

  • 302: Supervisor for Human Resources

  • 314: Supervisor for Payroll

  • 316: May Change Payroll Data

  • 383: May Add/Change/Query Payroll/Tax Screen

Menu Path

From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & Processing. From the Employee menu, select Employee Information. Search for and select an employee record that does not have the status: Add Pending. From the search results with the employee record selected, click Actions and then select EAC/ETS Password.

Password Information

  • There is a 16 character maximum.

  • A message appears if the entered passwords do not match.

  • There is not a way to retrieve the current password because it is encrypted.

  • To keep the current password, click Back without entering anything in the fields.

  • There is no confirmation dialog. The new password is saved when you click Accept.

Change the Password

  1. On the Change Password page, confirm that the correct employee name and ID appear.

  2. Enter a New Password and enter the same characters to Confirm New Password.

  3. Click Accept.
