Employee Contract Details Report

Use this option on the Reports menu in Human Resources to generate a report on employee contract details. The report lists selected records that were added using the Create Employee Contract Details option.

Menu Path:  Human Resources > Reports > Contracts > Employee Contract Details

Generating the Employee Contract Details report

  1. Select Human Resources > Reports > Contracts > Employee Contract Details to display the Employee Contract Details Report page.

  2. In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identify the records to include in the report.

  3. Click OK.

  4. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is emplcont.rpt.

Fields

Field

Description

Employee Number

Unique identifier for employees. The Lookup can be used to look up employees. For multiple employees, use the pipe symbol between each entry, for example 11223344|12345321|14151613.

Contract Type

Select the contract type from the field's drop-down list. These records are defined in the Contract Type Table.

Description

Description of the contract type.

School Year

School year for the contract. YYYY-YYYY format.

Show-By Date

Date when contract will be shown to the potential employee in Employee Access Center. MM/DD/YYYY format.

Sign-By Date

Due date for signing the contract. MM/DD/YYYY format.

Signature Date

Date that the contract was signed by the employee. MM/DD/YYYY format.
