Evaluation Questions
Use this table to create a library of Course/Instructor Evaluation Questions that can be selected and associated with a specific course's evaluation. Each question must have a Question ID. It may be helpful to create Question IDs that group similar types of questions together so that they can be easily viewed and selected on the Course Definition page.
When selecting a Question ID on the Course Definition - Evaluation Questions page, the administrator will be able to determine the order in which the questions will be presented within the Participant Course Evaluation process.
The Evaluation Questions Table report's default name is eval_question.rpt. For the procedures for listing, adding, updating, deleting, and printing table records, refer to Reference Table Options and Procedures.

Field | Description |

Question ID | Identification number for the evaluation question. This number defines the order in which the questions will display in the table and in the Participant Course Evaluation process. Character/8 |
Question | The evaluation question that the participant will see in the Participant Course Evaluation process. Character/250 |
Response Type | The response type the participant will be given in the Participant Course Evaluation process. Select: N - Numeric Ranking - Requires a scale of Low Rating to High Rating. |
Low Rating | Indicates the lowest rating value available for an N - Numeric Ranking response type question. Integer/4 |
High Rating | Indicates the highest rating value available for an N - Numeric Ranking response type question. Integer/4 |
Default Question | Checkbox indicating if the question is a default question when creating a new course. All evaluation questions marked as a Default Question will be added to a course when a new course is created. The questions will be ordered by the Question ID value. |
