Handicap Status

Use this option to generate a report listing employees in two categories: those who report a disability and those who do not. The reports are sorted first by the Handicap field in the Personnel tab of employees' Employee Information page, and then in alphabetical order by employees' names.

Menu Path:  Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Handicap Status

Generating the Handicap Inventory report

  1. Select Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Handicap Status.

  2. In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.

  3. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is handicap.rpt.
