Job Class Inventory
Use this option to generate a listing of employees by job class. In addition to employee IDs and names, the report includes department codes, highest degrees earned, work telephone numbers, and salaries.
Menu Path: Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Job Class Inventory
Generating the Job Class Inventory report
Select Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Job Class Inventory.
In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.
In the Additional Criteria window, select a Job Class.
To include more than one job class in the report, use the pipe ( | ) symbol to separate codes, for example, 1020|2250|4310.Click OK.
In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is jobclass.rpt.
