Name Cross Reference
Use this option to produce an employee listing that provides basic personnel data. This includes employee IDs and names, department codes, Social Security numbers, job classes, bargaining units, hire dates, and termination/last date to pay dates.
Menu Path: Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Name Cross Reference
Generating the Name Cross Reference report
Select Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Name Cross Reference.
In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.
In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is namexref.rpt.
Note
The display of employees' Social Security numbers in the report is determined by the user's security and the SSN Masking Method selected in the Human Resources Profile.
