Personal Information for External Participants
This page lists the information for an external participant registered in Professional Development. The page also stores the contact information your organization will use for the participant. To access this page, external participants will click the Personal Information link on the Participant menu after logging in.
To edit the fields, the participant can click Edit at the bottom of the page. The participant can add or change any information and click Save to save the changes or Cancel to clear any changes made since the last time the page was saved. The participant can click Back to return to the previous page.

This page is only available for external participants who have registered with your organization. The link will not display for internal Professional Development users.

SSN | Nine-digit Social Security number of the participant. The system provides the dashes. Character/11, including dashes |
Address Line 1 | First line for the participant’s address. Character/30 |
Address Line 2 | Second line for the participant’s address. Character/30 |
City | City for the participant’s address. Character/20 |
State | State for the participant’s address. Select the state from the dropdown list. |
Zip | Five-digit zip code plus four-digit extension for the participant’s address. Character/10, including dash |
Home Phone | Ten-digit number plus four-digit extension for the participant’s home phone number. |
Work Phone | Ten-digit number plus four-digit extension for the participant’s work phone number. |
Cell Phone | Ten-digit number plus four-digit extension for the participant’s cell phone number. |
Other Phone | Ten-digit number plus four-digit extension for another phone number for the participant. |
Email Address | Email address for the participant. Character/50 |
Alternate Email Address | An alternate email address for the participant. Character/50 |
School District Location | School district or location for the participant. Character/50 |
