Personnel Data

Use this option to generate a report showing comprehensive personnel and payroll information on employees. The Personnel Data report devotes two pages to each employee, the first showing personnel data and the second focusing primarily on payroll information.

Among the data included in the report are the following:

Demographic Information

Pay Rate Data (Primary Rate)

Career History

Leave Bank Data

Job Assignments

Deductions/Benefits

Status History

Tax Information

Degree History

Additional Skills

Certifications

Other Interests


Menu Path:  Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Personnel Data

Generating the Personnel Data report

  1. Select Human Resources > Reports > Personnel > Personnel Data.

  2. In the Report Sort Options section, select Name or Department.

  3. Click OK.

  4. In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include, and then click OK. To run an advanced search, use the Advanced button.

  5. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is personel.rpt.

Note

The display of employees' Social Security numbers in the report is determined by the user's security and the SSN Masking Method selected in the Human Resources Profile. Also note that the report does not export to Excel.
