Recruitment - Location Codes
Use this table to assign unique numbers to buildings and other locations. Location codes are assigned to employees in the Human Resource System through the Base Location field in Employee Information. In Recruitment, the Base Location is also tied to a job posting and defaults into the Applicant Recommendation e-Form.
Menu Path: System Administration > All > Security > Location Codes
Additionally, the Location can be used as a security control as determined by the Human Resources Profile and the security assigned to users. The Human Resource's Profile's Employee Security Zone field determines whether users' security access is checked by department, location, or neither.
The Location Codes Table report's default file name is bld.rpt. For the procedures for searching for, adding, updating, deleting, and printing table records, refer to Standard Reference Table Procedures.
