Recruitment Portal Options

The Recruitment Portal has two types of applicants: internal and external. Once applicants are registered, they can maintain their user profiles, view job postings, submit applications for job postings, and monitor the status of their applications. They can also obtain documents posted by your organization, view your privacy statement, and choose to receive notifications when job postings become available for particular position types, locations, or certification areas.

To access the Portal:

  • External applicants enter their login information on the Recruitment login page.

  • Internal applicants click the Recruitment link on the Employee Tasks menu in Employee Access Center (EAC).

Recruitment Portal Menu Options

The Recruitment Portal's menu includes the following sections:

View Postings Options

The section's options include:

New Postings

Displays the list of your organization's job postings. The number of postings and their "age" are determined by settings in the Recruitment Portal Configuration.

By Title

Displays the list of all open job postings sorted by Position Title.

By Position Type

Displays the list of all open job postings sorted by Position Type.

By Location

Displays the list of all open job postings sorted by Location.

Apply Section

The section's options include:

Profile

Displays the applicant's profile page which lists contact information, applications in progress, and the applicant's application history.

To Complete

Displays listings of information they need to provide and applications they still need to submit.

Posting Notifications

Allows an applicant to subscribe to email notifications for new job postings by Position Type, School/Location, or Certification Areas.

Document Links

Displays the documents your organization uploaded for applicants in the Documents Configuration option.

User Support Section

The section's options include:

Help

Displays the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) defined by your organization to help applicants use your Recruitment Portal in applying for job postings.

Privacy Statement

Displays your privacy statement.

Welcome

Displays your Recruitment Portal welcome page.
