Recruitment - System Features

This section provides a partial listing of the features incorporated in the Recruitment system.

Setup Features

  • Enables your organization to configure pages within the application that will be used by hiring managers and Human Resources staff members.

  • Enables your organization to define email templates used throughout the hiring process.

  • Enables your organization to configure the appearance of the pages that applicants will use in the Recruitment Portal.

  • Enables your organization to define reference table values that will be used in job postings and for applicant responses to questions on the application.

  • Enables your organization to define approval groups to approve or deny the job postings.

  • Enables your organization to designate the questions that will appear on applications for specific types of positions.

  • Enables your organization to create reference and employment questionnaires that will be sent to people noted by the applicant as a reference or previous employer.

  • Allows hiring managers to request positions to fill vacancies within their location/department or request new positions by entering job postings.

  • Allows for approved job postings to be published for applicants automatically based on a date rage.

  • Allows your organization to require verifications for particular questions on an application.

User Features

  • Allows the hiring manager to view the pool of applicants for a job posting, request an interview to be scheduled, record interview information, disposition applicants, and recommend an applicant for hire.

  • Allows the hiring manager or Human Resources staff members to search for applicants based on selected criteria.

  • Allows the hiring manager or Human Resources staff members to copy an application from one job posting to another.

  • Allows Human Resources staff members to complete checks or verifications on a pre-employment checklist.

  • Enables Human Resources staff members to approve or reject the responses to questions.

  • Allows Human Resources staff members to initiate the Applicant Recommendation e-Form which will route the recommended applicant through the final approval process and hire the applicant on Approval.

  • Allows Human Resources staff members to complete items on an employment checklist which are required to bring a new employee on board.
