Room Codes

For each location code that is defined, a room list can be created. When you add a course, a room code can be assigned, and the instructor for the course will be alerted to scheduling conflicts. To enable the system to alert the instructor, Facility Checking must be enabled on the Professional Development Profile.

The Room Codes Table report's default file name is rooms.rpt. For the procedures for listing, adding, updating, deleting, and printing table records, refer to Reference Table Options and Procedures.

Location Code

Identifies the location associated with the room. The field's selections are from Professional Development's Location Codes table.

Room

Code identifying the room. Character/8

Description of the room. Character/60
