Time Entry Employees

Use this report option to identify employees who use Time Entry timecards. You can limit the report to show only supervisors or regular employees, or you can include both. Also, you can limit the report based on a specific Time Entry department.

Menu Path:  Human Resources > Reports > Time Entry > Time Entry Employees

Generating the Time Entry Employee report

  1. Select Human Resources > Reports > Time Entry > Time Entry Employees to display the Time Entry Employee Report page.
  2. In the Time Entry Employee Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to include:

    T/E Department Code

    Select a Department code, or leave the field blank to include all personnel in all departments.

    T/E Supervisor

    Use this field to specify the personnel to include.

    Select:

    All Records - Both employees and supervisors.
    Non-Supervisors - Employees only.
    Supervisors - Supervisors only.

  3. In the Report Setup Options section:

    Report Sort Order

    Select:

    Employee Number
    Last Name
    First Name
    Department Code

  4. Click OK.
  5. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is timrptempl.rpt.
