Unsigned/Signed Contracts

Use this option on the Reports menu in Human Resources to generate reports identifying contracts that have been signed and those that have not.

Menu Path

From the Human Resources menu, select Reports. From the Contracts menu, select Unsigned/Signed Contracts.

Generate a Report

  1. On the Unsigned/Signed Report page, select a Report Type.

    • 1 - Unsigned Contracts

    • 2 - Signed Contracts

  2. In the Report Criteria section, enter criteria for the records to include in the Unsigned or Signed report. For details, refer to Fields and Descriptions.

  3. Click Accept.

  4. In the Print window, specify how to generate the report, and then click OK. The report's default file name is unsign_sign.rpt.

Determines whether the contracts included in the report are unsigned or signed.

  • 1 - Unsigned Contracts

  • 2 - Signed Contracts

Report Criteria Section

Contract Type

Select the contract type from the drop-down list. Contract types are defined in the Contract Type Table.

Description

Description of the contract type.

School Year

School year for the contract.

YYYY-YYYY format

Show-By Date

Date when the contract will be shown to the potential employee in Employee Access Center.

MM/DD/YYYY format

Sign-By Date

Due date for the signed contract.

MM/DD/YYYY format

Signature Date

Date that the contract was signed by the employee.

MM/DD/YYYY format
