User Workflow Configuration Profile

Use the User option of the Workflow Configuration Profile to define the following:

• Information that will display in the email notifications sent to approvers and users. In addition, define subject lines to be used for both email and activities tab notifications.

• Whether approvals are required for new registrations.

• Whether approvers should be notified when a new user registers.

• Approvers who should receive notifications when a user submits a new registration.

• Whether users should be notified that their registrations have been approved or denied.

Note
The Professional Development Users? checkbox in the Workflow Configuration Profile's Global Settings tab must be selected to use the User Workflow.
