Disclaimers

The Disclaimers page is used to configure vendor messages that will display in VPO. The message can be unique for each vendor. Currently, the only Disclaimer message available is the message that displays when the user successfully places an order with a vendor.

Menu Path:  To display the page, click Disclaimers on the Administration menu.

Updating a vendor's disclaimer

  1. The administrator will click Disclaimers on the Administration menu.
  2. In the Disclaimers page, the administrator will select a vendor in the Choose a Category field. An Edit link and two fields display: Identifier and Description.
  3. To edit the message, click the Edit link. A text box titled Message for Successful Transfer of Order will display for editing the current message.
  4. The administrator can edit the message as needed.
  5. To save the changes, the administrator will click Save.
