PCard Setup

Use this option to add and update PCards, assign PCard privileges to employees, and set monetary limits on card use.

  • Several employees can share the same PCard. The main user is the primary PCard holder, while others are referred to as PCard users and administrators.
  • You can establish spending limits for a PCard and the employees who use it. The PCard Limits report shows the transactions that exceed the limits entered in the PCard Setup page.

An additional page, PCard Employee Link, is used to assign employees to PCards. You can display this page by clicking the Link Employees button after generating a list of PCard records.
