Annual Enrollment Post
Use this selection on the Administration menu to post records from the Annual Benefits Enrollment process in Employee Access Center to Effective Date Changes in PowerSchool ERP. The option also enables you to generate a list of all EAC users who did not complete the open enrollment process.
Listing users who did not complete open enrollment
Select Annual Enrollment Post from the Administration menu. The system message near the top of the page indicates the number of employees who have not enrolled for the current year.
Click Show List of Employees. A listing of unenrolled employees displays, providing each person's Last Name, First Name, Employee Number, and Email Address. The email addresses listed are links that enable you to notify the employees as needed.
The EAC Login Setup Profile Identifier 2124 - Allow Terminated employees to login determines who appears in the Annual Enrollment Post list of employees who have not submitted their Open Enrollment selections.
If the value in the option is Y, terminated employees will be included in the count and the report.
If the value in the option is N, they will not be included in the count and report.
Posting open enrollment records to Effective Date Changes
Select Annual Enrollment Post from the Administration menu.
Click Post All Submitted Employees to Effective Date Changes.
