Release Note

EFIN-77572Fund Accounting: 1099-NEC Copy A Print Alignment

We have updated the Federal 1099-NEC printed Copy A information to fit better on the preprinted form, which has RED ink for the boxes and descriptions. Note that when this is scanned by the IRS, the RED does not appear in the scan, which makes the space in the boxes more usable, but not person-readable at times.

We recommend that ALL customer file electronically for best accuracy in reporting, regardless of the number of forms being filed.

EFIN-77766Human Resources: Civil Rights Data Collection Fatal Error on LoadCorrected the issue where customers loading Civil Rights Data Collection information for the first time received a fatal error if they did not have the Federal Funding Organization Level defined in the set up. The software will not require the federal fund level if it is the current reporting period.
EFIN-78944Human Resources: Modified the Affordable Care Act 1095-C Mailer Address AlignmentFor the Federal 1095-C employee mailer, we have lowered the printing of the employee name and address to use the available space better, and meet Post Office Requirements.
