In 19.4, on the Bank Codes and Deduction tables, Check Title was not a required field. This allowed blank or null values to be stored for this field. In 22.4, Check Title is required, but existing records with null Check Title values in the database are not corrected. As a result, users are unable to display checks in EAC. A generic message appears to contact the system administrator. As a fix, EAC is retrieving the checks even when there are blank Check Title fields. We recommend for you to review your records to make sure the Check Title field is not blank. |
