PowerSchool ERP External Applicant Interface - Overview

PowerSchool's External Applicant Interface enables PowerSchool ERP users to import data files with applicant information exported from an applicant tracking system. The applicant information is loaded into the standard employee tables in PowerSchool ERP, where the data can be viewed and updated using the Pending Employee Center page.

The interface files must be ASCII pipe-delimited text files that contain information captured in the application process. The layout of the files is detailed in the File and Record Layouts section.
