EFIN-113440 | New Employee Access Center (EAC) Navigation Change When Employees May Update Race Demographic | In new EAC, if an administrator has set the Profile, Race/Ethnic Identity identifiers 2500, 2501, and 2503 to Y to allow employees to update race information on the Personal Information, Demographic Information page, employees now need to select the drop-down menu and make adjustments by selecting or clearing the checkbox for each item. Selected items will appear as buttons. If buttons are displayed, they will not have an X to remove them, but if the drop-down menu checkbox is cleared, the button is removed. This is a temporary update and the delete (X) from the race button will be available in a future release. |

EFIN-112452 | Integration: Records Direct Deposit Update Populates Bank Routing Number in Effective Date Changes | In Human Resources, Effective Date Changes for Deductions, when data is received from Records, an issue was discovered where the bank routing number was not included, and an error occurred when a user tried to post the deduction record. EFIN-112427 | New Employee Access Center (EAC) No Longer Creates Incorrect Effective Date Changes Records for Local Tax Setup | When using new EAC, an issue was discovered that when employees were allowed to edit the print options for W2s and 1095s, it was creating Effective Date Changes Tax records with incorrect information, even if employees were restricted from making changes to taxes. This has been resolved and edits to the print options will no longer product tax records in Effective Date Changes. In addition, if employees are allowed to make edits to tax information in EAC, only the edited values will be present in the Effective Date Changes tax record. |

The statement was present even though the correct email notifications were sent and received. The statement has been removed from the email. |
EFIN-111934 | New Employee Access Center (EAC): Effective Dates Changes for Annual Open Enrollment | When using new EAC, an issue was discovered where open enrollment posting dates in Effective Date Changes were reflecting the date that the employee submitted the request through EAC, instead of the actual benefit effective date entered by an administrator in EAC Benefits Setup, Identifier 2141, Effective Date for Annual Benefit Enrollment. This has been resolved. |

FTE counts for first-year teachers, second-year teachers, and teachers with 10-day or more absences are included again for 2021-2022 and beyond. New fields have been added for certified teachers endorsed in specified areas (mathematics, science, English as a second language, and special education). The counts for current year teachers are now disaggregated by gender, ethnicity, and race. All fields restored or added are considered optional for the 2021-22 report. The load has been modified to include the new fields for 2021-22 and later. The FTE counts by subject are not calculated during the load at this time but will be included in a future release for the 2023-24 report.
