Absence records not syncing to eFinancePlus from SmartFind Express.

Resolved an issue by introducing new backend optimizations where absence records from SmartFind Express (SFE) were not syncing to eFinancePlus (eFP) as expected due to timeouts.

EFIN-126291

Fix for Import Tool Issue with Assignment Data.

The import tool previously failed to handle cases where an employee had no primary assignment, triggering an exception during validation of the "Only one assignment may be marked as primary" rule. This issue occurred due to the absence of a null check in the primary assignment validation logic, causing job failures.

With the fix, users can now successfully insert new assignment data even when only non-primary assignments exist for an employee. The import tool's stability and reliability have been enhanced to handle both primary and non-primary assignment scenarios, ensuring a seamless experience for managing assignment data imports.

Intended Data not Syncing from eFinancePlus to PowerSchool SIS

Fixed an issue in eFinancePlus (eFP) where the intended data configured by Staff Rules was not syncing with PowerSchool SIS. This was caused by a mismatch in the SQL queries used for the Rule Preview and the actual data payload that was generated and sent.

Correction to payroll register reporting

When a refund of a deduction happened, the Payroll Register was putting the amount in the correct column but with a negative sign. Corrected to put the correct amount in the correct column without the negative sign.

System Flag in Employee Access Center for sorting of Payroll Checks

We fixed an issue in the Employee Access Center (EAC) where a system flag that allows districts to configure whether sorting payroll checks is permitted was being ignored.

Flag: Allow sorting of Payroll Checks

Genero Relicense Scheduled Task

This update only impacts On Premise customers who do their own software installs.  If you are hosted or PowerSchool Technical Solutions Group (TSG) performs your installs, PowerSchool will relicense Genero for you.

Genero needs to be relicensed before March.

To do this a script needs to be downloaded from PowerSource, installed and executed.

Instructions are on PowerSource in document called FourJsRelicenseFix.docx

If the Genero license is not updated, you will get errors on your reports in March and they will stop working in April.
