PowerSchool ERP is Re-branded as HR Administration in App Switcher When Applicable

For districts using HR Administration, the App Switcher will display HR Administration instead of PowerSchool ERP. For districts using only PowerSchool ERP, App Switcher will continue to display PowerSchool ERP.

HR Administration Online Help Link Directs to HR Administration Online Documentation

Users can access online help that is specific to HR Administration using the Help links from pages with HR Administration branding.

  • Open general online documentation using the Help Center icon in an HR Administration database.

  • Open employee-specific help using the Help icon from the Employee Access Center with HR Administration branding.

Employee Help: Main Menu Removed

The main menu has been removed from the PowerSchool ERP Employee help space. Only help content for Employee Access Center (EAC) and Employee Timesheets (ETS) is now available when accessed through those applications. Use the Help Center link in PowerSchool ERP to access full online help.

PowerSchool hosted customers that use the User Management page can save a password with special characters. Previously, certain special characters were not allowed to be used and the password could not be saved. This does not apply to hosted customers that use single sign-on (SSO).

Cash Receipt Report Includes Receipt Transactions that Include Project Information

The Cash Receipts Report did not list receipt transactions that included project information. This has been corrected and receipt transactions with project information are included in the report.

New Employee Access Center (EAC) Task List Error Message

When impersonating an employee, if a user selected the Task List in new EAC, an error appeared if the User Login field was missing in the Employee Information record. For clarity, the error message has been updated to: User Login not found in employee record. Contact the Human Resources department.

Student Activities Location Activity Detail Register Report

The Student Activities Location Activity Detail Register Report was getting an error when a check transaction was entered against a purchase order that had multiple line items. This has been corrected.

New Employee Access Center (EAC) Task List

In the new EAC with certain configurations, from the task list page, employees could access links to pages designed for a particular super user. This issue only occurred when using a direct EAC login URL. It did not impact EAC using the Multi-DB login URL. This issue has been corrected.

Batch Journal Entry Page: Journal Entries with Posting Error

On the Batch Journal Entries page, there was an issue when a user tried to edit and resubmit a journal entry that had a posting error. This has been resolved.

Advanced Workflow Error When Retrieving Requisitions

There was an issue while retrieving requisitions which had not reached TIBCO or were saved in progress as a draft. This has been fixed. Users can search for requisitions and display the details.

Users sent in a payload to HRMS are considered active if the status of the user is set to 0 (zero).

EFIN-94600

Forms 1095-B and 1095-C in New and Legacy Employee Access Center (EAC)

The 2022 1095-C includes an update that reduces the size and rearranges the grid that displays Plan Start Month and Box 14 monthly codes.

The following modifications are included for new EAC:

  • The printed values have been adjusted to fit the new grid.

  • The printing of the state and zip code for the employer and employee section in 1095-B and 1095-C has been corrected.

  • 1095-B has been updated to include the employer’s address in addition to the existing insurance issuer address.

The following modification is included for both new and legacy EAC:

  • The employee section of form 1095-B/C now includes a foreign address.

1095 Reports Limited to Single Year Selection

In 1095 Reports, a fatal error could occur if selecting multiple years. This has been corrected by limiting the year selection to a single year.

Corrected Mailer Printing Alignment Issues for 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC

The following issues were corrected when printing pressure seal mailers:

  • The 1099-MISC form Box 18, State income, has been shifted left to print within the perforations and Other instructional text has also been shifted left.

  • The 1099-NEC form Instructions for Payer and Recipient name and address have been reformatted to prevent printing outside of the boxes and the form footer, Department of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, has been shifted left.

New Employee Access Center (EAC) State Wage Box Populates with State Wage Amount

In new EAC, corrected the State Wage box (box 16) field in the W2 form to display state wages instead of state withholding amount.
