Advanced Workflow: Enhanced Bulk Approvals for Expense, Leave Request, Termination Request, Journal Entry, Purchase Order

Approvers can now take action on multiple approval requests across different pages directly from the Approval List screen. You can select up to 25 requisitions at a time and perform Approve, Deny, or Needs Correction actions in a single step, helping reduce repetitive work and improve approval efficiency. This is applicable to the following advanced workflows: Expense, Leave Request, Termination Request, Journal Entry, Purchase Order.

Advanced Workflow Tracking Screen Enhancement to Prevent Duplicate Expense Payables

An issue has been resolved where an expense could create duplicate payable entries if a post-approval failure occurred and the request was retried from the workflow tracking screen. This could result in the same expense being paid more than once. The issue has been fixed and the workflow now prevents duplicate payables from being created, ensuring expenses are processed and paid only once.

Fixed Password Expiry Warning Pop-up Display

An issue was identified where the Password Expiry Warning pop-up was not consistently displayed to all users.

What was happening:

  • Non–Site Admin users did not see the password expiry warning due to a system error during login.

  • Newly added users also did not receive the warning because the system relied on a “last password changed” date, which is not available for new users.

What’s been fixed:

  • The system now correctly displays the Password Expiry Warning pop-up for non–Site Admin users.

  • For newly added users, the system now uses the account creation date to determine password expiry, ensuring the warning appears as expected.

All users will now receive timely password expiry warnings, helping prevent unexpected login issues.
