EFIN-142228 | Advanced Workflow Tracking Screen Enhancement to Prevent Duplicate Expense Payables | An issue has been resolved where an expense could create duplicate payable entries if a post-approval failure occurred and the request was retried from the workflow tracking screen. This could result in the same expense being paid more than once. The issue has been fixed and the workflow now prevents duplicate payables from being created, ensuring expenses are processed and paid only once. |

EFIN-141995 | FLSA Report Changes | We have split the FLSA Hours on the Earnings Analysis report into a separate bucket from overtime. On the Employee Timesheet report, we do not include FLSA hours in the total hours to avoid double-counting hours in the total. |
EFIN-142855 | Fatal error occurred when posting batch employee time. | We have corrected the fatal error that occurred when posting batch employee time. |
EFIN-142583 | Revised error message for employee timesheets | We have modified the error message that advised users that they clocked in somewhere else, and they must clock out before attempting new clock-in. The new enhanced error message will include the other department that they are clocked in and direction to clock out. The new message that will display to users: "You are currently clocked in to the department ‘<department name>'. Please select that department from the dropdown below and clock out before attempting to clock in elsewhere." |
