Long Term Substitute Pay Codes
This table will only be used if the user selects the Check Long Term Sub checkbox on the Load Aesop Attendance page. For the table to function properly, all override pay rates, retro amounts, and unit pay codes in this reference table must be the same pay type as the original substitute pay code.
Example: If a retro amount is entered for a pay code with a "H" (hourly) type, the amount must be the hourly retroactive amount back to day 1. If the pay code is a "D" (daily) type, then the amount would be the daily additional amount. Note: Daily pay codes are taken in half-day increments automatically.
The following table describes the fields on the Long Term Substitute Pay Codes page. After entering the Pay Code, entries must be completed in the additional fields for each Long-Term Period that applies.
