Error entering requisitions when using Budget Control Budget Units and Budget Control Accounts which do not match the Budget Units and Accounts (Parent and Child Budgeting)

For districts using budget control budget units and accounts that do not match the expense budget units and accounts (parent and child budgeting), when entering a requisition, an invalid error: "Budget unit XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and account 999 not on expenditure budget control ledger" occurred and prevented the creation of requisitions. This issue has been fixed.

Timecard From TimeClockPlus (TCP) Integration calculates Amount Based on Payrate and Hours for Substitutes

For districts that use the TCP API integration, the Amount on a timecard created from a TCP record is calculated in PowerSchool ERP based on the Hours multiplied by the Pay Rate and then rounded to two decimal places. The payload sent from TCP will no longer contain the Amount. With this change, Substitutes timecards are now handled consistently with Employee timecards.
