EFIN-85088 and EFIN-91615New Employee Access Center (EAC) Profile Identifiers for Gender Identities

New profile identifiers have been introduced on the new Employee Access Center Administration page. In the Profile menu for Employee Information Setup, the identifiers allow employees to review and update gender identity if permissions are allowed:

  • 6002: Demographic - Show Gender Identity

  • 6003: Demographic - Allow update of Gender Identity

Employees can review and update their gender identities if these Identifiers are set to Yes along with 2167: Demographic - Allow Update of Employee Info (Global).

Fixed: Payroll Adjustment Check Caused Out of Balance Issue

In Payroll, when an adjustment check was entered with a fringe benefit amount and the fringe expense account was not in the payroll fund, an out-of-balance issue occurred when the payroll interface set was posted. This has been corrected.

EFIN-91399Vendor Access Center (VAC) Change to Add Secondary UserVAC: When the vendor’s Primary User adds a secondary user, Set as Primary is inactive. The option is active when the Primary User (in VAC) or an PowerSchool ERP administrator (using Vendor Management) opens the secondary user record to edit it.

EFIN-91159

Fixed: Installer Failed with ACA Program Error

A correction was made to prevent an ACA program error in the log file from stopping the installer when the database is set to an older compatibility level. The error will no longer appear in the log file.

The installer was failing with the error: \[Microsoft]\[ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server]\[SQL Server]'trim' is not a recognized built-in function name.
