EFIN-116671 | CRDC 2023-24 Updates. | As part of this update, certificate areas can now be tied to a specific CRDC specialized area (Math, Science, etc.) in Human Resources - Reference Tables - Personnel - Certification Area. For select states, this ability will also apply to their certificate-related state-specific tables. EFIN-114380 | Syncing Attendance Data with the eFinancePlus and TimeClock Plus (TCP) API integration. | The current API integration between eFinancePlus and TimeClock Plus (TCP) only allows customers to sync Timecard data through the API. This means that customers have to manually export Attendance data from TimeClock Plus and then import that data into eFinancePlus. We have added a new API endpoint to enhance the integration. Now, customers can sync both Attendance data and Timecard data individually using the API integration between eFinancePlus and TimeClock Plus (TCP). EFIN-115142 | Updates to Audit Logging for W2 & W2C. | The W2 and W2C processes have been updated to expand the information being logged to employee activity. Several recently added fields are now supported in logging, as well as some additional information being added to all logging records. EFIN-121301 | Contracts in Employee Access Center (EAC)- sorting order change. | To enhance the user experience, we have made a minor adjustment to the Employee Contracts screen in both the new and legacy Employee Access Centers (EAC). The contracts list is now sorted in descending order, with the newest contracts appearing at the top, making it easier to access the most relevant contracts. |

EFIN-122383 | Earned Year-to-Date (YTD) Value in Leave Bank Miscalculation. | The Earned Year-to-Date (YTD) value in eFinancePlus associated with an employee's Leave Bank was incorrectly calculated to the nearest hour. The values were sent to SmartFind Express (SFE) as “25:60”, causing validation errors when they should have been sent as “26:00”. We have fixed this issue, and the Earned YTD value is now correctly calculated and sent to SmartFind Express (SFE). |

EFIN-121485 | Discarded employee race changes not reverting to original selection. | When modifying the employee race selection in eFinancePlus and opting to discard the changes, eFinancePlus failed to discard the unwanted changes, persisting them in the Employee Information screen instead of reverting to the original selection. We have implemented a fix, and the Employee Information screen now functions as intended regarding employee race selections. |

EFIN-121608 | Employee Mobile App (EMA): Leave Request Calendar Warning workflow improvement. | In System Administration, Profiles, Workflow Configuration Profile, Service Maintenance, Employee Leave Request, when Calendar Validation - Employee is set to Warning, then in EMA when submitting a leave request that generates a warning, the dialog box now displays Warning/Success instead of just Warning that was done in a previous ticket. The message in the dialog box includes both the warning and the success messages. When the user clicks OK in the dialog box, they are returned to the page in the app where they selected to add the leave request, which is same functionality when the leave request is successfully submitted. Employees must update EMA in Google Play or the App store to receive this update. |
EFIN-117530 | User Login and Supervisor ID values being converted to UPPER CASE. | Previously, there was an issue where data updates from Talent Records automatically converted the User Login and Supervisor ID values in eFinancePlus to uppercase, even if they were entered in lowercase. This caused confusion among users. We have fixed this problem, and eFinancePlus will no longer convert the User Login and Supervisor ID values to uppercase when data updates arrive from Talent Records. |

EFIN-120569 | Fixed page breaks on Batch Payables Edit List Report | In the Fund Accounting, Entry & Processing, Batch Accounts Payable, Edit List, when a batch contains a large number of records with overflow text in the title field, page breaks can become disrupted, causing data to start printing in the middle of the page. This issue arises when the title extends onto the next line. After the code fix, the alignment of the content has been adjusted to ensure that the title appears on a single line which eliminates page break issues. |
EFIN-120956 | Revenue Transaction Analysis Report included duplicate transactions when full account format is turned on. | In Fund Accounting, Reports, Audit Trails, Revenue Transaction Analysis, when the report was run with all the selection criteria blank, an issue was observed where transactions were printing more than once on the Revenue Transaction Analysis Report. This was observed only when full account format was turned on. This issue has now been resolved. |

EFIN-121300 | Fixed AP Batch Edit List Project Warning/Error When Sorted by Vendor Name | In the Fund Accounting > Entry & Processing > Payable Entry > Batch Accounts Payable, when printing the batch edit list report using the Vendor name sort order , the system was incorrectly displaying a 'Project Budget exceeds' error even when no project was included. After the fix, the error is now correctly triggered only if a project is included and the project budget balance is exceeded. |
EFIN-120657 | Custom Range Business Rule Minutes to Hours Miscalculation | When absence records from SmartFind Express (SFE) were synchronized to eFinancePlus and a business rule with a custom range was applied, the minimum and maximum values were not used to calculate the final value. The information section on this is also now updated to, "Use this option to print 1099-R forms."
