Profile
Use the Profile page to configure Employee Access Center (EAC) to meet your organization's policies and preferences.
- From the drop-down menu, select a category.
- From the list of options, click Edit and make desired changes.
- Save the edits.
Profile Maintenance
The Profile Maintenance page provides categories of options that can be set up and maintained by an administrator.
Category | Description and Affected Pages |

Benefits Setup | Determine employee permissions and adjust details for deductions and enrollment. Pages: Annual and New Hire Enrollment, Deductions and Benefits pages |
Email Notification Setup | Assign email addresses for notifications from EAC. Pages: Any page that generates email notification. |
Employee Information Setup | Determine employee permissions for submitting data updates through EAC. Pages: Demographic Information and Additional Information |
Leave Setup | Set calendar colors and determine employee permissions. Page: Leave Information |
Login Setup | Determine security related to the Login page. Page: Login page |
Menu Setup | Adjust settings related to the home page display.

Race/Ethnic Identity | Determine if Race/Ethnic Identity section of Demographic Information page displays and if employees may submit an update. Page: Demographic Information |

Tax Setup | Determine employee permissions for updating tax information in EAC and if links should direct to external tax sites for additional details. Page: Tax Information |
