| EFIN-87192 | AP Check Number Validation Fixed to Consider System Voided Checks for the Entire Fiscal Year | In Accounts Payable check processing, the logic for verifying that the entered check numbers were not previously used has been updated. The search in the chkstat table for multi-stub checks or vouchers was using an incorrect date range. As a result, the check validation worked correctly only in the second half of the fiscal year. The validation is changed to use the fiscal start date as the beginning run date in the chkstat table when looking for the voided check (or voucher) stubs. |

It defaults to the TIN that the District set up. This then creates the electronic file with the correct TIN rather than an asterisk when a user selects All. |
