Workflow Configuration Profile

The Workflow Configuration Profile provides options for setting up the Workflow System.

Where other options are used to set up applications within Workflow, such as Employee Leave Request and Accounts Payable, the Global Settings option includes settings that either apply across the system or enable specific applications to be used.

Menu Path

From the System Administration menu, select Administration. From the Profiles menu, select Workflow Configuration Profile.

Global Settings Tabs

The Workflow Configuration Profile Global Settings option displays two tabs:

• Global Settings: Define the servers used by the Workflow System, the individual workflows your organization will be using, and the workflow administrator email address for sending notifications.

• Email Task Scheduler Settings: Define how often your organization wants to send consolidated email notifications for workflows.

If your organization uses Advanced Workflows, select Advanced Workflow Configuration for setup options.
