Workflow Users Setup

For Workflow users to receive notifications, they must be employees of your organization. However, external parties can receive email notifications, for example, vendors who submit invoices through Vendor Access Center and instructors of Professional Development courses.

Workflows can be initiated through the PowerSchool ERP software, Employee Access Center, Job Applicant Viewer, Vendor Access Center, Professional Development, and Recruitment. Some workflows also require that an employee exist as an PowerSchool ERP user.
