Applied Positions Page

Use this page to identify the types of positions of interest to the applicant. The information entered in this page is not rolled over to Human Resources but is important for evaluating applicants.

When you finish, click Next to display the Previous Positions page. You can also click Finish at any time to save the record and exit the wizard.

Site Exclusions

Displays the Site Exclusion List page. You can exclude up to 25 locations for each position entered in the Applied Positions page by selecting the appropriate boxes.

The page accepts up to 30 entries. Duplicate selections are not allowed.

Description

Position Preference

Codes identifying the positions of interest to the applicant. The drop-down list includes entries from the Job Class table.

Site Exclusion List Page

You can store a listing of excluded sites for each position in the Applied Positions page. To display the page, identify a position, and then click Site Exclusions.

Exclude Site 1-25

Checkboxes indicating sites you would like to exclude in regard to the position entered. The site numbers are arbitrary and may be adapted to reference buildings and other work locations as needed. To exclude a particular site, select the appropriate checkbox.

After making your selections, click OK to close the page and return to the Applied Positions page.
