Course Topic Areas Table

Use this table to establish the topic area codes, which can provide a method of tracking courses that fall within certain areas of study, defined by your organization. Topic Areas can indicate a subject, such as Accounting or Curriculum Development, or can reference the level of a course of study, such as Introduction or Certification Level 2.

Course topics are entered in the Topic Areas tab of employees' Continuing Education pages. For more information, refer to Continuing Education Page.

The Course Topic Areas Table report's default file name is area_codes.rpt.
