Use the EAC/ETS Password page to assign a password for an employee to log in to the Employee Access Center (EAC) and Employee Timesheets (ETS). The same password is used for both applications.
This page appears in two contexts:

Add Employee wizard: The page appears as a step in the add employee process for users with a Payroll role. By default, the EAC/ETS Password page is configured as a Payroll type in the Employee Add Setup.

Employee Information: After an employee record is completed, an administrator can set or change the password from the Employee Information page.

The page appears automatically during the add employee process when the user has a Payroll role assigned.
Employee Information (Change Password)
From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & Processing. From the Employee menu, select Employee Information. On the Employee Information page, search for and select an employee record. On the action bar, select Action, then EAC/ETS Password.
After the employee record is complete, the password can be changed.
On the Human Resources profile Employee Add Setup page, the default for the EAC/ETS Password page is Payroll, and it must appear for users with a Payroll-assigned role.
